The Founders

Krikor Mnatzaganian studied Mathematics at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel, where he was formally introduced to the Pascal programming language in 1984. He later discoverd Borland's Turbo Pascal and started using it for his programming needs. Krikor adopted Delphi as his programming language in 1996 after Borland released Delphi 2, and continued to use it throughout its development phases.

In addition to his many years of experience with Delphi, Krikor has an extensive technical background in Information Technology. His background includes Oracle, Paradox, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, Access, Server Clustering, Networking, Database design and administration, Failover solutions, N-tier solutions, AIX, HPUX and Linux. Over the years, he has written numerous personal and commercial applications and trained many IT personnel in various fields, including Delphi. He is passionate about Delphi and enjoys teaching it and using it.

Darlene Mnatzaganian studied Computer Science at Middle Tennessee State University. She is a C++ developer with many years of IT experiece, but her real passion is in business development. She is an entrepreneur at heart, and one who is extremely creative and imaginative. She loves to create business, solve difficult problems and create solutions that generate revenue and profit. She is the originator of the entire concept of training development online. And, she is the research and marketing brains behind Online Delphi Training.
